We are the largest provider of open courses in leadership & management specifically for healthcare professionals and renowned for successfully engaging clinical teams. We have a thriving bespoke (in-house) training service and a growing role in consulting in people-related healthcare challenges. We are especially renowned for our deep understanding of the current healthcare agenda and our ability to move the minds of even the strongest senior clinician.

Our team consists of a small number of passionate individuals with strong healthcare or public sector backgrounds coupled to a modern market mindset. With a strong clinical heritage, collectively we have well over 100 years experience in leadership and management specifically related to the healthcare environment, including both the business and clinical side, both within the health service and in industry. Customer Services

Customer service excellence is paramount to Medicology and we see it as an important component of ensuring the highest possible success for your project. Equally, you have a day job that is more important than administering programme participants. Our approach is to take over the management and coordination of events to allow you to concentrate on your more important work. Medicology has a dedicated Customer Services Team consisting of:

From capture of a single talk in sound and vision to creation of learning materials involving the highest quality of video results, our in-house film expert is Jim Moore.




The training team consists of a number of committed individuals that have broadly seen it all. Collectively we have about 100 years experience in management, leadership and other commercial/ healthcare roles. We bring that expertise to Medicology in a flexible, open-minded way.
